Booking Fee Agreement

The institution recognizes and accepts that BookingSuite Booking.com B.V. may order certain processing activities on its behalf as data manager in accordance with the Booking.com privacy policy, as available on the www.booking.com website. The institution recognizes and accepts that the hosting is solely responsible for the end-user`s information on the hosting and Booking.com B.V. as responsible for processing and obtaining their consent, where current data protection legislation requires it to process end-user data relating to Booking Engine Services, including the transfer of end-user data to BookingSuite, Booking.com B.V. and/or its associated companies, the use of this data for analysis and marketing purposes, and the use of this data, as described in the privacy policy Booking.com, such as the www.booking.com website. In order to inform end-users of Booking.com B.V. treatment, the institution agrees to: (i) provide a link to Booking.com privacy policy, as available on the www.booking.com website on the institution`s website, in addition to the institution`s privacy statement; or (ii) insert the following clause in the establishment`s privacy policy: Booking.com: We have partnered with Booking.com B.V. at Herengracht 597, 1017 CE Amsterdam, Netherlands (www.booking.com) (Booking.com) to offer you our online booking services. While we make the content of this site available and you make a reservation directly with us, reservations are processed by Booking.com. Therefore, the information you enter on this website will also be shared with Booking.com and their related companies. This may include personal data such as your name, contact information, payment details, the names of customers travelling with you and any preferences you have indicated when booking. To learn more about the family Booking.com business, visit Booking.com. Booking.com may process your personal data for the purposes described in the Booking.com privacy statement.

In the event of a third-party claim, the compensated party immediately informs the other party, and the parties act in good faith and make economically reasonable efforts to consult, cooperate; and to assist each other in the defence and/or resolution of such a claim, while the unscathed party has the right to assume a claim and take over the defence and transaction (in consultation and agreement with the disinjured party and in accordance with the interests of both parties), and neither party may obtain approval, file documents, accept a judgment or enter into a compromise or comparison without prior written agreement from the other party (which cannot be sustainably accepted).
